Points are awarded for what someone actually says and does: asking about price (+10), urgency such as 'this week' or 'ASAP' (+12), budget talk (+10), speaking as the decision-maker (+8), comparing you with someone else (+8), visiting your pricing page (+5), and time spent on site. Contacts land in one of three tiers — cold below 40, warm from 40, and hot from 70 — and hot is the one that triggers an alert.
